These terms apply to your use of this website, bsrtools.co.uk (the "Site"), operated by BSR Tools ("BSR Tools", "we", "us"). If you go on to hire equipment from us, that hire is governed separately by our Hire Agreement, which is agreed once your hire is confirmed. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.
By using the Site you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Site — you're always welcome to contact us directly instead, by phone or email.
You can browse our equipment catalogue, check guide prices, and submit an enquiry or hire request without creating an account. Some features — saving your details, tracking a hire, or applying for a trade account — require you to register.
You agree to give accurate information when you submit an enquiry, register, or request a hire, and to keep your account details up to date. You're responsible for anything that happens under your account if you share your login details with someone else.
Prices shown on the Site are guide prices for browsing. Submitting an enquiry, a "Request Hire," or a booking request through the Site is a request for us to confirm availability and pricing — it does not itself create a contract to hire equipment. A hire is only confirmed once a member of our team has been in touch to confirm availability, exact pricing, and any payment or deposit requirements. At that point, the terms of your hire are set out in our Hire Agreement.
We take reasonable care to keep prices, availability, and equipment descriptions accurate, but errors can happen — we'll always contact you before confirming a hire if anything's changed.
At present, the Site does not process any online card payments. Submitting a booking, quote, or enquiry does not charge you anything. Payment (if any is required) is arranged directly with our team once your hire is confirmed.
The content on this Site — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to BSR Tools or our licensors, unless stated otherwise. You may view and print pages for your own personal or business use in connection with hiring from us, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse content from the Site for any other purpose without our permission.
We try to keep the Site accurate, up to date, and available, but we don't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the Site at any time.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — for example, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we're not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site itself (as opposed to equipment you actually hire from us, which is covered by the Hire Agreement), except where that loss was caused by our negligence.
The Site may link to other websites we don't control, for your convenience. We're not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
We may update these terms from time to time — for example, as the Site's features change. The current version will always be available on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
